Visa Information
PASSPORT AND VISAS
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and traveling documents (visas etc.) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other requirements of the countries they are traveling to.
Passengers may be refused entry into a country if they do not possess the required travel documents. Terminal or Ferry will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of your not having the required or valid travel documents.
TO INDONESIA
Passport
Your passport or travelling document must be valid at least six (6) months after the date of entry.
Visa
Countries/Passports that DO NOT REQUIRE VISA for short visit.
If you are holding a passport issued by one of the following countries, visa is not required:

NOTE: You are only allowed to stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days without visa and for leisure purpose only.
If you are going to Indonesia for business purpose, you are advised to apply for a business visa.

VISA ON ARRIVAL (VOA)
The following nationalities are eligible for Visa On Arrival:
– Libya
The Visa fee is USD35 for up to 30 days stay in Indonesia. Please make sure you have the following documents ready before applying for VOA:
1. Passport with a minimum of 6 months’ validity and contains at least one unused visa page for visa-on-arrival sticker
2. Fill in the Arrival/Departure card
3. Return or outward journey ticket
4. Prepare the exact amount in USD for payment of VOA fees to ensure a smooth application process

If you are holding an Indonesian Passport and are visiting for social reason, visa is not required.
However, you are required to go through immigration clearance upon arrival into Malaysia and must satisfy the following basic requirements:
1. A passport with at least 6 months validity
2. Sufficient funds to last for the intended period of stay in Malaysia
3. Confirmed outward/return tickets
4. Entry facilities to their onward destinations e.g. Visas
